A quick and easy process

Composite bonding can deliver a complete smile transformation with minimal intervention.

Treatment Summary

  • Treatment time: 2-3 appointments, including consultation
  • Recovery time: None
  • Anaesthetic: None
  • Duration of results: 5+ years

This treatment is designed to focus on the small imperfections that can affect a patient’s smile, leaving it looking more symmetrical and even. Patients love the transformation composite bonding can create, and I’m passionate about helping patients achieve these transformations. Even better, there’s usually no drilling and no needles. This means you can walk out of the practice with a completely new and improved smile, and simply return to your day.

One of the other major benefits of composite bonding is that, in most cases, it can be completed in just one appointment. With such speedy treatment and such brilliant results, it’s no wonder that composite bonding has become so popular. While the treatment might be quick and easy for the patient, composite bonding does require a high level of both skill and artistry.

I’m proud to have trained with some of the best composite bonding dentists in the UK, refining and perfecting my skills. I take care to treat every patient’s smile as individually as I do each patient, ensuring that their new smiles look completely natural and, more importantly, unique to them.

FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will my composite bonding last?

I ensure that I use the most renowned materials available, and as long as the work is maintained correctly, you can expect it to last 5-7 years on average. In some cases, where only a little bit of composite is added to teeth, these areas can be more prone to chipping. It’s important that we discuss this risk during your consultation, as there may be an alternative option.

How long does bonding take to do?

I have completed extensive training with some of the best in the field, so I ensure that I dedicate sufficient time to achieving this level of composite bonding. You can expect it to take 30-60 minutes per tooth; however, if multiple teeth are being worked on, the time may be longer. Typically, a shorter follow-up appointment is necessary for a final polish and any minor adjustments.

Do I need to see a dentist regularly after my bonding?

Composite bonding has a higher risk of staining and chipping than veneers, so I would always recommend regular visits after the procedure to ensure they remain in top condition. I can remove any stains and ensure there are no issues. Since composite is more prone to chipping than porcelain, you may experience minor chips and need to book an appointment for repairs.
